The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect on 25th May 2018. From that date, all European citizens will enjoy new personal data protection rights. Data means any data that may be used directly or indirectly to identify you.
The GDPR reinforces the rights of European citizens and gives them more control over their personal data. It simplifies formalities for business undertakings and provides them with a unified legal framework in all countries of the European Union.
For instance, we offer you the possibility of:
- Deleting your personal data by contacting us at email@example.com
- Contacting our data protection officers, the law firm Bold, at the following contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
