I have forgotten to deliver some products. What now?

If you have forgotten to deliver some products, the Assembly Host needs to be notified as soon as possible. After each collection, the Host marks all undelivered products which then triggers refunds for customers.

Alternatively, you can speak to the customer and see whether he or she would be happy to pick up the undelivered product the following week. If that’s the case a refund is not necessary, but make sure that you bring along the product the next week and maybe also a little extra to apologise.
