The system works as the following:
Members pre-order the products and when going to the check out, they issue a debit transaction; in other words the amount of the order is directly debited from their account.
If Producers do not reach their minimum orders and choose not to deliver, the Producers does not show up at an Assembly for a particular reason (for example, if they've had some difficulties with the product, their van broke down etc...) or forgot some products that were ordered. In that case, the Assembly Host will take these products out of each order before validating the Collection.
Once the Collection is validated and the platform was notified of all undelivered products, the concerned Members will receive within 3-5 working days a refund transfer on their account.
