What is an Assembly?

Felix Letellier Merida -

An Assembly is a community of individuals who choose to purchase their food differently: locally and with fair compensation given to the local Producers who supply it.

One person or a group of people can decide to start an Assembly. It takes place every week on the same day at the same time in a venue chosen by the Assembly Host(s).

Local Producers within a 150 mile radius offer their products during an online market which lasts 6 days.

Members of the Assembly choose the products they want to buy during that period, order them online and then collect them on the chosen distribution day.
